The B2B SaaS Go-To-Market Strategy

Since 2014, marketers have been told that demand generation and form filling does not work for 97% B2Bs.  Now, according to Demandbase, it's 100% of B2B buyers hate filling out forms.

Gartner, Forrester and Mckinsey all agree; B2B buyers want to self-serve, self-educate and establish their own ROI before speaking to a salesperson.  Your job is to deliver what they want.

Expect anywhere from 50 to 250+ viewers/listeners per week, depending on the size of your chosen maket.  Compare this to the success rate using BDRs and telesales of 300-1 calls, finding one intersted buyer.  

Combine these results with making your content available without forms and your online platform enabling B2Bs to place order or buy online, (but I'm not talking ecommerce) without needing to speak to a salesperson! 

First you need to be 100% aware of what you're currently spending on a digital strategy that does not work, that's all the SaaS, all the PPC and all the salaries.  Once you have all the rows from your budget projects and P&L, you can then compare against this strategy.

It will cost significantly less than you are spending at present, however, bear in mind, it could also involve reducing certain human resource costs, SaaS costs and advertising costs.  It all depends on the success rates you are currently achieving.
