Stage 3 of 5
Installation
The full sX OS deployed across five components in a structured six-week build. Soak-tested before go-live. Visible online only when it is ready.
Five components. One integrated system.
The sX OS is not a collection of tools bolted together. Each component is designed to feed the next — exposure generates audience, audience generates conversations, conversations generate qualified meetings, meetings generate revenue. The installation sequence follows that logic.
sX Reach
The content and social distribution engine. Social444 track generation, LinkedIn publishing automation, TAM email sequences, and content calendar — all configured to your ICP and running autonomously from week one.
sX Live
The broadcast infrastructure. Studio installation, show format design, prompter and production workflow, and the first live broadcast dry run. Weekly shows become your primary trust-building and audience-growth mechanism.
sX Connect
The meeting and pipeline engine. Smart booking routing, automated prospect research, AI-generated meeting packs, and proposal automation. Buyers self-book. Your team receives a prepared brief, not a cold introduction.
sX Ops
The analytics and performance layer. GA4 configuration, Looker Studio dashboards, UTM framework, and BigQuery data pipeline — giving you a single authoritative view of commercial performance across every channel.
sX Hub
The command centre. Your Notion-based GTM OS — task management, content planning, pipeline tracking, and performance review — all connected to the live data from sX Ops. The operational brain of the system.
Six weeks to a working system.
Installation follows a fixed sequence. Components are built in dependency order — infrastructure first, then content engine, then conversion layer, then analytics. Nothing goes live until the full system has been soak-tested as a unit.
Infrastructure & integrations
Platform connections, data pipelines, analytics layer, Notion Hub structure, and credential provisioning.
Content engine & studio
Social444 tracks, email sequences, show format, studio installation, prompter workflow, and first broadcast rehearsal.
Conversion layer & soak test
sX Connect booking flows, meeting pack automation, proposal templates. Full end-to-end system test before go-live sign-off.
LIVE
Week 12 — go-live
First live broadcast. Social444 publishing live. TAM sequences active. Booking system open. sX Ops dashboards confirmed. The OS is running.
This is a known-working system being deployed into your business — not something being built from scratch. The difference is six weeks versus eighteen months.
